THE cross-over in media goes something like this:  the author writes a book; it inspires someone to send it to Hollywood, who then bids on it and makes a movie.  The movie trailer creates buzz, and those who have never heard about the book, or were not interested enough to pick it up, now buy it.  For the indie author this likelihood would be akin to getting seven correct numbers on the lottery.  Since the odds are not in their favour, most indie's experiment...
