The first issue of OH... featuring the debut of librarian-spy-wannabe Emerald Street, and Joan Hilty's Immola, was published in December of 1992. This comic anthology went on to feature the work of cartoonists Dianne Reum, Leanne Franson, Elizabeth Watasin, Nikki Gosch, Tristram Puppy, and T. Serkku. When it published its last issue in 1998, it was also featuring the work of cartoonist/publisher Robert Kirby.

OH acted as a regular forum for excellent woman cartoonists like Brits Lee Kennedy and Tristam Puppy, alongside Joan Hilty, Leanne Franson, Dian[n]e Reum... ~ Robert Kirby, "How I Did It, Part 5," May 8, 2011.
